    Gayle brings a wealth of experience to her role and Raemoir Manor with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years and has been acknowledged at both national and local level for her outstanding commitment to the care sector. As a registered nurse and having served as a Director of Nursing she has significant experience in nursing leadership, clinical governance, and care home management.

    Her career has been dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centred care whilst ensuring the care setting supports residents to thrive and reach their full potential. Her compassionate leadership style combined with a deep commitment to ensuring dignity, safety and well-being has consistently driven high standards of care and positive outcomes for residents.
    Gayle is excited to be commissioning Raemoir Manor and making it the home of choice for the residents of Banchory and the surrounding areas.

    With 20 years of experience in social care Claire has built a strong track record of supporting individuals and delivering high-quality care services. Brings compassion, kindness, and a genuine commitment to supporting others to everything she does. As a mother of three and a proud grandmother of nine, her family is at the heart of her life, and this has shaped her understanding of the importance of creating a warm, caring, and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

    Clare is excited to be part of creating an environment that truly feels like home. And is passionate about ensuring that every resident receives exceptional person-centred care and is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. Clare believes in empowering residents to maintain their independence while supporting them to live happy, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. And fostering a community where residents, loved ones, and staff feel connected and supported.

    Janis is dedicated to supporting our older generation. Drawing on a strong foundation in care developed through her nursing background, she has also held the role of Activities Team Lead within both the voluntary and private sectors, giving her extensive experience in creating meaningful and engaging experiences for residents.
    Janis’s vision for well-being at Raemoir Manor is to provide an environment that is calm, relaxing, and welcoming, while also offering a variety of stimulating activities that promote enjoyment, connection, and purpose.

    She looks forward to getting to know each of our residents personally and taking the time to discover the activities, hobbies, and interests that bring them happiness. Whether it is helping them continue a lifelong pastime, reconnect with a cherished hobby, or explore something entirely new.

Arturs approach as Head Chef is centred around the idea that every detail matters, from the preparation and quality of each dish to the way the team works together during busy periods.

    Artur is incredibly passionate about ensuring that the dining experience at Raemoir Manor is nothing short of exceptional. He is excited to work closely with our residents to create person-centred, inclusive menus that reflect individual preferences, dietary needs, and favourite dishes. Artur believes that great food brings people together and is committed to making every mealtime enjoyable, meaningful, and something our residents can look forward to each day.
